Beef comes from the slaughters done in our own slaughterhouse. This is according to European standards being ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certified.
Quarters of bovine carcasses, fall in categories A, B, C, D, E and qualities: E, U, R, O.
The company has a fleet of special vehicles for transport of animals and a procurement system that provides raw material for slaughterhouse taken from across the country.
