The Top-Management of  S.C. DOLY-COM S.R.L.  regards QUALITY as a priority to all the company’s activities.

The Quality, as the most effective competitive strategy for economic survival and prosperity, is extremely important.

Through the embraced quality system, all the technical, administrative and human factors, which have direct or tangible influences on the quality of products and services, are oriented on the reduction, prevention and elimination of quality deficiency, those including all the activities, from the initial identification of the customer’s requirements and expectations, until their final satisfaction, based on the principle of efficiency and effectiveness.

The partnership relations, those with the customers, providers, inside but also outside the company, must be the principle of a new culture (mentality) at S.C. DOLY-COM S.R.L., guaranteeing the customers’ access to relevant areas during the contract.

The training of the entire staff, from administrator to worker, form supply to delivery, in knowing, understanding, collaboration and permanent respecting the requirements of THE QUALITY SYSTEM, will be systematically granted.

The Top-Management of the company is responsible and involved in the implementation, development and optimization of the quality system.

Beginning with 2005, the ISO 9001 quality system and the hygiene rules according to the HACCP European standards have been successfully implemented. These systems, rules and standards apply all through the technological process, from the choosing the suppliers to the final product delivery to the direct beneficiary. The Hygiene Standards and The ISO System guarantee the quality of the product, which is produced in a system according to the applicable standards, their monitoring being permanently granted.
