We like things well done. We have implemented an integrated system for quality management, food, environment safety according to the standards SR EN ISO 9001:2001, ISO 22000:2005, described by the European Integrated Management Manual and the European HACCP Manual.
First of all, we make sure that our products meet the highest hygiene and food safety standards, by training the team, a proper sanitation for the working facilities and using the latest technologies for processing, packaging and transport. To make sure that everything is safe, we periodically run tests in the facilities where the animals rest as well as in different points of the slaughterhouse and in the cutting and packaging areas and on the products.
The staff that comes in direct contact with meat are included into a constant monitoring health system.
We are environmentally aware and responsible as we rely on nature for our products. We have implemented standards that allow pollution prevention, water waste treatment, personnel training and a constant monitoring the latest environmental regulations.
Our most important investment is the people. This is why we put as much care into health and safety standards as we do into food safety.
